Millions of people from around the world are traveling around Europe right now, including in Croatia. Very few are walking around outside wearing a mask, though masks are required indoors in many places. The state of emergency declaration and upheaval in Serbia happened after I arrived. Clearly I’m not well versed in Serbian politics, considering I wasn’t sure how to pronounce Belgrade. I found out what was going on belatedly from my viewers.
